2. Eligibility

You represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you submit.

3. Product Description

Figments offers personalized physical hardcover books featuring a child as the main character.

Book format:

• US landscape letter size
• Hardcover
• Personalized based on information submitted

We strive for high accuracy but final printed results may vary slightly due to color, print, and production factors.

4. Personalization & Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring:

• Spelling of names
• Accuracy of uploaded photo
• Correct shipping address

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the user.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

All sales are final. No refunds are provided.

Exception:
If the printed book materially differs from the preview shown during creation, we will offer an exchange at no additional cost.

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, artwork, illustrations, layout, and text (excluding user-submitted content) are property of Figments Lab LLC.

You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute the product commercially.

7. User Content

By submitting a child’s photo and personalization details, you:

• Confirm you have the legal right to submit the content
• Grant Figments a limited license to use the content solely to produce and deliver the product

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Figments shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Figments Lab LLC from claims arising from:

• Unauthorized use of a child’s image
• Misrepresentation of parental authority
• Violation of applicable law

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
