We collect limited information from a parent or legal guardian to create and fulfill personalized products.

Figments is intended for adults (18+).

Parents or legal guardians submit information about their child to create a personalized product.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

A. Information Provided by Adults

• Adult name
• Email address
• Billing & shipping address
• Payment information (processed by third-party providers)

B. Information About the Child (Submitted by Adult)

• Child’s first name
• Child’s gender (optional)
• Child’s photograph
• Personalization details entered by the adult

This information is used solely to create the personalized book.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Create and produce the personalized book
• Process payment and fulfill orders
• Communicate order updates
• Provide customer support
• Improve product experience

We do not sell or rent personal data.

5. Storage & Security

• Child photos and personalization data are stored securely in cloud infrastructure.
• Access is restricted to authorized personnel.
• We use industry-standard security safeguards.

Child photos are retained only as long as necessary to produce the product and support potential reorders, unless deletion is requested.

Parents may request deletion at any time (see Section 9).

6. COPPA Compliance

Because Figments collects information about children under 13:

• Parents provide verifiable consent by completing checkout and submitting information.
